Dr. Milan Chande
Principal Dentist, GDC: 251854
Co-Principal with his wife, Dr Krishna, Dr Milan graduated from Manchester in 2014 and trained in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Leicester Royal Infirmary. He has a special interest in oral surgery, implants, and supporting anxious patients via IV sedation. Former lecturer and clinical tutor, he is passionate about patient-centred, modern dentistry. Outside work, he enjoys cricket, reading and spending time with his family.

Dr. Krishna Suba
Principal Dentist, GDC: 264502
Co-Principal alongside Dr Milan, Dr Krishna graduated from Manchester in 2016. Her main focus in dentistry is teeth straightening, with a strong passion for Invisalign. She has completed postgraduate training Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and also holds an MSc with Distinction in Aesthetic Medicine. She is committed to creating a patient-focused journey at The Dental Wellness Centre. She enjoys walking, meditation and making memories with her young family.
Dr. Dhroov Thanki
Associate Dentist, GDC: 278209
Dr Dhroov qualified from Birmingham in 2018 and trained further at RW Perio clinic, Harley Street. Passionate about gum health and anxious patients, he combines advanced, evidence-based techniques with a calm, empathetic approach. He is pursuing a Master’s in Specialist Practice of Periodontal Therapy. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, football, F1 and go-karting.

Dr. Dhvani Shah

Qualified in 2002 from Rajiv Gandhi University, Dr Dhvani has over 20 years’ experience. She has a special interest in endodontics and dental implants, and also practises restorative dentistry, Invisalign, facial aesthetics and IV sedation for anxious patients. She is committed to providing gentle, patient-centred care. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, gardening, spending quality time with her family and Indian classical dance.

Dr. Piyush Mistry
Associate Dentist, GDC: 287595
Leicester-born Dr Piyush qualified in 2019 in Poland and joined DWC in 2021. He focuses on cosmetic dentistry, veneers, adult orthodontics, and composite bonding, blending artistry with modern techniques. Friendly and approachable, he ensures patients feel at ease. Outside work, he loves football, outdoor walks, cooking, and time with his Japanese Akita, Hachiko.
Dr. Aleesa Nayyar

Qualified from Leeds in 2020, Dr Aleesa has experience across general dentistry and specialises in paediatric care and dental anxiety management. She leads the children’s clinic, focusing on calm, supportive patient care. Outside work, she enjoys baking, travelling, and outdoor activities with family and friends.

With 15+ years’ experience, Allison supports patients and clinicians, specialising in radiography and digital scanning. She is training as a sedation nurse and mentors the team. Outside work, she enjoys family and her dog, Albie.

Ehsan holds a BSc in Prosthetics and Orthotics, and previously worked as a prosthetist and prosthetic technician. She hopes to study dentistry in the future and focus on prosthetic dentistry. In her spare time, Ehsan enjoys films and creating stained glass lamps by hand.
